Universal Homes Project 

The Northcote Redevelopment project in Auckland is a major initiative aimed at revitalizing the suburb and improving the quality of life for its residents. The project involves the development of over 300 new homes, a new town centre, and improved transport infrastructure. The new homes will be a mix of social and affordable housing, as well as privately owned homes. The project also includes the creation of new parks and green spaces, as well as the restoration of the local waterway.

2KO Engineering got involved as the building services engineer for a couple of superlots that will be developed by Universal Homes. There will be a mix of single houses, terrace houses and apartments in these developments. We look after the HAVC, electrical, lighting, security, comms, MATV, plumbing and drainage design for the buildings.
