WILSON YU – Director
Wilson is an experienced and highly skilled building services and process electrical engineer with a strong motivation to deliver the best outcome for his clients. Throughout his career, he has successfully worked on projects valued from $100k to $500m.
For a significant period, Wilson predominantly focused on milk and meat processing plant projects, collaborating with clients such as Fonterra, Synlait Milk, Open Country Dairy, Dairy Goat, Silver Fern Farm, and more. Notably, from 2011 to 2013, he was heavily involved in the development of the Fonterra Darfield site, the company’s first greenfield establishment since the 1990s, with an overall project cost of approximately $500m.
Recently, Wilson dedicated his time to various projects across commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors. His portfolio encompasses a range of notable undertakings, such as the BNZ Northshore Partners Centre, which garnered acclaim for attaining a 5 Greenstar rating for a building in Northshore. Additionally, he played a significant role in the construction phase of the towering Voco-HIE Hotel, a prominent landmark in Auckland, as well as the expansive Shundi Te Tauoma Apartment Development, which stands as one of the city’s largest residential projects.
LEO YANG – Director
With extensive expertise in the design and construction of building services, Leo possesses a wealth of experience spanning multiple sectors, including healthcare, commercial, residential, tourism, and infrastructure.
One of the notable highlights of his career is his involvement in the New Zealand International Convention Centre. During the project’s design phase, Leo played a significant role, contributing to the creation of this landmark development, which was acclaimed as one of the city’s largest commercial ventures at the time.
In 2017, Leo made a career transition and joined a leading digital engineering practice in New Zealand. This shift allowed him to delve into cutting-edge technologies and methodologies aimed at improving construction efficiency and accuracy. During this phase, Leo contributed to various projects, including the Auckland Council Building in Albany, Commercial Bay Auckland, Fisher & Paykel Distribution Centre Building 4, Kainga Ora 139 Greys Ave, Melbourne Airport T3 Pier E, as well as two Amazon Data Centres in Melbourne. His involvement in these projects showcased his versatility and expertise in delivering successful outcomes across a diverse range of construction ventures.
